ORDERING

It is easy to order from Black Hole Weaponry. Simply select the category of items from which you would like to purchase. You will be taken through the ordering process as you select items for purchase. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days if in stock.

TERMS

Online orders can be paid by credit card.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.

LOCAL SALES TAX

All residents of the state of Washington will be charged sales tax at the rate posted in the shopping cart. Black Hole Weaponry is required by law to collect this tax on behalf of the state and submit it to them.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:

Our shipping charges are based on standard U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you are done, click on “go to check out." Once you have registered or logged in you will be able to view the shipping charges.

Black Hole Weaponry utilizes all available carriers and will select the one that will serve you best.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:

The actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

It is our #1 priority to ensure customer satisfaction. But we realize that in some cases the only alternative is a refund. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Black Hole Weaponry. No refund will be issued until we have had an opportunity to examine and test the product in our shop to determine malfunctions or tolerance issues. If we find that the defect is in our product, we retain the right to manufacture and provide you with a new product which we will ship to you postage free.

On Custom Fluting or Design ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products purchased at BlackHoleWeaponry.com within ten (10) days from the date of shipment, the items may be returned (with pre-authorization) provided the items are found by the staff of BlackHoleWeaponry.com to be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Please do not return COD. CODs will not be accepted. By ordering with us through our website or our catalog you are accepting all terms and conditions set out on our website.

How to return an item:
1. Contact BlackHoleWeaponry.com via telephone at 1- 1-509-793-5374 or e-mail us at sales@blackholeweaponry.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds for pre-authorized Returns will be issued only to the Mastercard or Visa card that was used to complete the initial transaction for products that are returned in new and unused condition within 10 days of purchase.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

BlackHoleWeaponry.com makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

PRICING POLICY

We offer you competitive prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and we do not ship any products outside the U.S. Orders placed on Blackholeweaponry.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.
